HTC MAX, The first mobile WiMAX to Russia

A Russian supplier of mobile WiMAX, Scartel (also called Yota) & HTC announced in a joint venture arrival of HTC MAX 4G that is code named as Quartz. This product is billed as the first terminal in the world and integrating mobile WiMAX.
